“A critical step in the development of rugby and the growth of the game is through our schools. Once rugby is established as part of the athletic programming on high school campuses, we will see new levels of growth in grassroots rugby. This new funding arrangement with USRF will make this a reality for aspiring programs across the country,” according to David Poole of USA Youth & High School Rugby.
