State tournament sponsorship/booklet
With only three weeks left in the fall season, we are preparing for yet another State 15s tournament. This event is our main fundraiser as a league, please share this information with your players and parents.
League organizers are putting together the event program complete with rosters, schedules, league history, ads, and league contact info. College teams in particular find great value in this info. Businesses and collegiate programs interesting in placing an ad in the program should contact league organizers below:
Due Date: All ads to Katie McNeil (coachmac@hamiltonrfc.org) by Friday, October 20th
Money: All checks made out to Wisconsin Girls Rugby and sent to:
*Anyone who purchased ad space will receive a receipt once payment is received.

$200 Full Page (7” X 9 ½”)
$100 ½ Page (7”X 4 ½”)

$25 Business Card (3 1/2 “X 2 ¼”)
**Black and White camera-ready artwork is preferred, but we are able to assist in ad creation. Please have everyone send artwork to Katie McNeil (coachmac@hamiltonrfc.org)
